Return Eligibility
We want you and your child to love their new glasses! Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving them, as long as they meet these simple conditions:
• Unused and in original condition – Just like when they arrived • Include all original packaging – Keep everything together for easy returns
Important: If your order arrives with any defect or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you right away. We're here to make sure everything is perfect for your little one!
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Frames with Lenses: All frames purchased with lab-made lenses — including prescription and non-prescription — are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This ensures the safety and hygiene standards your child deserves.
Final Sale Items: Any frames specifically marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start Your Return
Getting started is easy! Simply email orders@kidsglassesonline.com with your order details and let us know the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, you'll receive: • A prepaid shipping label • Detailed return instructions to make the process smooth and simple
Choose your preferred refund option: • Refund to your original payment method – A small deduction will be applied to cover return shipping and processing fees • Full store credit – You'll receive the complete item value as store credit to shop for something else your child will love!
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We make refunds as quick and easy as possible:
Step 1: Starting Your Refund
• Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria • You'll get an email update confirming we received your package and the status of your return
Step 2: Processing Timeline
• Receiving & Verification: We begin processing your refund within 2 business days of receiving your returned package • Processing Time: After verification, refunds are started within 1 business day • Bank Processing: Your bank may take 5-10 business days to complete the refund process
Step 3: You're All Set!
You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed: • Refund to original payment method: Your refund will go back to the same payment method you used for your purchase • Store credit: You'll receive your store credit via email once it's ready to use
Non-Refundable Situations
• Frames with lenses are final sale and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Important Notes
• Returns received after the 15-day window will not be accepted – We want to help, but timing matters! • You're responsible for secure packaging – Please pack your return safely to ensure it arrives in good condition
