For frames-only orders, we offer free exchanges within 15 days. Once frames go to our lab for prescription lenses, they become custom-made for your child and cannot be returned. That's why we strongly recommend using our measuring guide or scheduling a virtual fitting consultation before ordering prescription glasses.

We understand - kids are active! If your child's glasses break within the first 30 days due to normal school activities, we offer a one-time replacement at 50% off. All our frames are designed for active kids with durable materials, and we can help you choose the most break-resistant options for your child's lifestyle.

We don't accept insurance directly, but we do accept HSA and FSA payments! This allows you to use your pre-tax healthcare dollars for your child's glasses. We can also provide you with a detailed receipt for potential insurance reimbursement through your vision plan.

We offer a 15-day return policy on frames-only purchases for a full refund. Please note that prescription glasses (frames sent to our lab for lenses) cannot be returned since they're custom-made for your child's specific vision needs. We highly recommend our virtual fitting service for prescription orders.

Frames-only orders ship within 2 business days. Prescription glasses (frames + lenses) are sent to our lab first, then shipped directly to you - typically 7-10 business days total. All orders over $125 ship free, and we'll send tracking information so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
