Shipping Methods & Costs

We make shipping affordable and convenient for families:

Standard Shipping: FREE on all U.S. orders over $125.00 – because getting the right glasses for your child shouldn't cost extra! • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Need your order faster? We offer expedited options at an additional cost, calculated at checkout • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your destination and will be calculated at checkout

Where We Ship From

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment centers in Orlando, FL and Doral, FL to ensure quick delivery across the country.

Order Processing

We work hard to get your child's glasses to you as quickly as possible:

Orders placed Monday–Friday: Process and ship within 1-2 business daysOrders placed on weekends: Begin processing the next business day

Delivery Timeframes

Frame-Only Orders (U.S.): Typically ship within 2 business days and arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your distance from our Orlando, FL fulfillment center

Orders with Prescription Lenses (U.S.): These orders require a special process! Your frames are first sent to our trusted lens lab where your child's prescription lenses are carefully crafted and fitted to the frames. This complete process takes 5–10 business days before your finished glasses ship to you – we take extra care to ensure your child's prescription is perfect!

International Orders: Shipping times vary by country, typically ranging from 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location

Important Shipping Notes

Please keep in mind: Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. We ask that you allow 1–3 business days for processing (longer for prescription lenses) to ensure everything is perfect for your little one.

About shipping timeframes: Our quoted shipping times (1–3 business days) reflect the carrier's transit time only and do not include weekends, holidays, or processing time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or any external factors beyond our control. Shipping fees are also non-refundable in the case of returns, as they cover the original cost of delivering your order to you.

Order Tracking

Stay in the loop! You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your child's new glasses every step of the way to your door.

Please note: Once your package is picked up by the carrier, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in their system. This is normal and not something we can control, but rest assured your order is on its way!
