Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders over $125.00, excluding sale items.
Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Orlando, FL and Doral, FL.

Orders placed before 10 AM EST (Monday–Friday):
If the item is in stock at our main warehouse, it ships the same day.
Otherwise, it ships within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 10 AM EST or on weekends:
Ship the next business day.

U.S. Frame-Only Orders:
Typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days.
U.S. Orders with Prescription Lenses:
- Standard Lenses: Process in 3–5 business days before shipping.
- Specialty Lenses: May require an additional 5–10 business days for customization.
International Orders:
Shipping times vary by country, typically ranging from 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

Important Shipping Notes

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped not when the order is placed.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing (longer for prescription lenses).

Shipping timeframes (1–3 business days) reflect the carrier's transit time only and do not include weekends, holidays, or processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or any external factors, and they are also non-refundable in the case of returns, as they cover the original cost of delivering your order to you.

A tracking email will be sent as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
